It is important to clearly state that everything you will read on this web site, apart from our own personal histories and experiences, has come directly from spirit.
If you have already begun your personal journey of development, we are here to help you to make sense of it all and if you are unsure of whether you wish to begin such a journey, we are here to supply you with information to help you to make your decision.
A Minute for Peace
After listening with growing concern to news reports relating to the increasing tensions and threats of war - with more and more potentially devastating consequences - in a number of areas of the world, we decided to meditate and communicate with our Guides to ask if there is anything we can do to help.
Naturally, they care about peace on this planet as much as we do. We received the suggestion of a “minute for peace” whereby spiritual groups and individuals could sit and ask for guidance for all World Leaders to be helped to resolve contentious issues without the need to resort to force.
This would apply all over the world where there is unrest and conflict.
The suggestion is that, in a similar manner to the healing minute already observed by many, a minute should be set aside once a week to focus our energies on this matter. It was suggested that 8pm on Sunday evenings would be a good time to do this. It is not necessary for people to come together as a group specifically to do this; it can be done just as well in our own homes. The important thing is that we do it.
We have already begun to do this and hope that as many of you as possible will join us

Energy Healing
One of the commonest reasons for people deciding to begin their journey of personal development is so that they can help others by offering energy healing through the laying on of hands or via distant healing. Complementary and Alternative Medicine
Alterntative medicine as the name implies, is an alternative to orthodox medicine and as such is not recommended by Spirit.
Spiritual Healing is complementary to orthodox medicine and should not be seen as a replacement. You should always consult your Doctor about any new symptom, illness or condition.

How You Can Request Distant Healing Directly
When you have to watch someone suffer, whether that suffering is physical, mental or emotional, it is extremely difficult. This is one of the reasons that some people become Healers. However, this does not in itself necessarily end those feelings of frustration and helplessness! There are people who do not feel comfortable with the concept of any form of healing that is not what they would consider to be orthodox medicine and are unwilling to accept hands on healing and even with the best of intentions, no Healer can physically reach everyone that they have the potential to help.
