Music

 

Many Healers like to have music playing in the background when they are working with patients and most people find that it is easier to practice simple relaxation and meditation if they have music playing.

 

Which music you choose to play is largely down to personal choice and there is no right or wrong sort. If you want to make sure that you have the best relaxation/meditation experience possible, it is best to use something soothing and without words. Words will inhibit true relaxation as they engage the conscious mind - as would music that has sudden highs and lows in volume. If you don't have any suitable music there is a lot to choose from and on the links page there are links to websites that sell music that is useful for relaxation.
